KPSM – CONTOUR PRECISION GRINDING MACHINE
The KPSM moves the machine table in the X direction.With the help of our patented clamping device we are able to grin longitudinal profiles (cross-section up to 70 x 70 mm). This new innovation can grind two sides at right angles within one working cycle. Depending on the equipment, it offers the possibility of flatgrinding and profilegrinding up to 600 mm width. Standard features includes full encapsulation, direct measuring of the axes Y + Z, V and W, Coolant Fine Filter and anti-vibration mounting elements.
PPSM – HIGH PRECISION PROFILE GRINDING MACHINE
The high precision profile grinding machine moves a column in x-direction and works with a programmable servomotor-driven C-axis with a swivel area of –30° to +30° for helical gearings. The basic machine includes an range of equipment features that allows to use the machine in a very high level of machine availability for the precise production. Encapsulation, a position measuring system for all axes (apart from rotary axes), as well as a conditioned cabinet are equally important and therefore part of the standard version as well as chip conveyors, a filter system for the cooling agent and shock-absorbing elements.
ZSM COMPACT – RACK GRINDING MACHINE
The ZSM compact moves the machine table in the X direction (table machine). For helical racks, the grinding head slide to + / -30 degrees by manually pivoted. The basic machine includes a range of equipment, which allows the machine to use in high availability for the accurate production.
PPFM – HIGH PRECISION MILLING MACHINE
The precision profile milling machine moves a column in the X-direction and is equipped with a programmable, servo-motor driven C axis with a tilt range of -30º to +30º. The base machine is equipped in such a way to enable precision production with high availability. Partial enclosure, direct position measuring systems for all axes except rotary axes, and an air-conditioned control cabinet are just as necessary in our opinion and are therefore included as standard equipment, as are chip conveyors, a cooling lubricant filter system, and vibration-damping installation elements.
ZFM COMPACT – RACK MILLING MACHINE
The ZFM compact moves the machine table in the X direction (table machine). For helical racks, the milling head slide to + / -30 degrees by manually pivoted. The basic machine includes a range of equipment, which allows the machine to use in high availability for the accurate production.
ZEM – RACK DEBURRING MACHINE
The ZEM automatically deburr rack teeth after the grinding process. For this purpose the racks pass round brushes on both sides of the toothed area. These remove the burr without reducing the quality of the surface. The wear of the brush is continuously adjusted to achieve a constant result during deburring.
UVF – UNIVERSAL GEAR MILLING CENTER
The Universal Gear Milling Center moves a stator in the X-direction and is equipped with a programmable, servo-motor driven B axis (milling head) with a tilt range of 360º.
The base machine is equipped in such a way to enable precision production with high availability.
Standard equipment includes a partial enclosure, direct position measuring systems for all axes except rotary axes, air-conditioned control cabinet, as well as a chip conveyor, a cooling lubricant filter system, and vibration-damping installation elements.
